Silomis takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).

We collect order data (name, email, phone, shipping address) needed to fulfil your purchase; payment data, processed exclusively by our payment provider — Silomis never stores your card details; account and order-history data if you create an account; and a wishlist, stored only in your browser's local storage and never sent to our servers.
We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (order fulfilment), legal obligation (invoice retention as required by accounting law), and consent (optional communications such as our newsletter). Order and invoice data is kept for as long as required by applicable accounting rules; abandoned carts are cleared after 30 days of inactivity.
Your data may be shared with sub-processors bound by GDPR-compliant agreements, including our payment processor and hosting/email providers. We never sell your personal data.
